Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

Return Shipping Costs for Withdrawal

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Return shipping costs depend on the order value:

• Order value over EUR 100.00: EUR 9.99 return shipping costs
• Order value under EUR 100.00: EUR 4.99 return shipping costs

The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. You do not have to pay them separately.

Returns

Defective, incorrectly delivered, or non-conforming products:

If the products we sell have manufacturing defects, do not conform to the description, or are incorrect, you may return them. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs for you and issue you a free return label.

Normal wear and tear:

There is no claim under this warranty for defects resulting from normal wear and tear. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Depending on the individual situation, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund as a goodwill gesture.

What should I do if I want to return something?

Simply send us an e-mail at service@astropet.de and provide us with your order number, purchase date, and reason for your return. We will respond to you promptly within 24 hours.

Warranty on Electronic Components

This warranty applies exclusively to the electronic components of our products.

For the electronic components of products purchased from us (e.g. motors, pumps, sensors, and control electronics of self-cleaning cat toilets, water fountains, and automatic feeders), we grant you a warranty of 24 months from delivery of the goods, i.e., from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

Non-electronic products and product parts (e.g. cat trees and cat furniture, housing and plastic parts, textiles, accessories, replacement filters, and other consumable materials) are not covered by this warranty.
